Common questions
Calls and WhatsApp messages received in office hours — Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm — are usually answered the same working day. Messages that arrive at night, on a Sunday or on a holiday are picked up on the next working day. Sowing and spraying weeks are busy, so if a crop problem is urgent, please call rather than write.
No. We do not sell online and there is no cart or payment facility on this site. Our products reach farmers through appointed dealers and distributors. Tell us your district and we will point you to a counter near you.
Our works and our strongest network are in eastern Uttar Pradesh. Supply elsewhere depends on whether a distributor is appointed for that territory and on the licensing position in that state, which differs from state to state. Send your district and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it.
Prices are shared on enquiry, not published, because they differ by pack size, by trade level and over time. Dealers and distributors receive a current rate list from our trade desk. Farmers should ask their nearest dealer, or write to us and we will tell you who that is.
